THE ROOM COMES FIRST

Pick the dispensary ATM format from the room, not the photo

A floor-standing ATM gives customers a clear place to stand. A wall-mounted ATM, such as the Genmega Onyx-W shown on this site, can leave more of the floor open. Neither photo is a measurement of your store.

What to look at before the model

Watch the path from the entrance to the counter, then to the ATM, then back. A spot that looks fine in an empty room can block a line on a Saturday. Service and cash loading need a path too. If a technician cannot reach the machine, the format is wrong even if the photo looks compact.

Interior pictures on this website are illustrative. Product photos are the supplied equipment references. The model, the contactless hardware, and the installation details are confirmed for your location. Tap-to-withdraw needs compatible hardware, software, and processor support, and supported cards and wallets vary.

Format does not pick the program

A wall-mounted ATM can be part of full-service placement or part of an ownership plan. The same is true of a floor model. Qualifying full-service locations get the machine and the cash from the company. Owners buy the machine and discuss loading and costs.

Bring a floor sketch or a phone photo when you call 973-452-4131. Say whether the wall you have in mind is actually free, and whether customers can stand in front of it without standing in the checkout line.

Questions from dispensary operators

Can any wall hold a wall-mounted ATM?

No. The wall, the mount, the power, and the customer approach have to be reviewed for the machine you would actually install.
