Adult-use names are Active store licenses from the Office of Cannabis Policy file named July 1, 2026. Medical names are Active dispensary licenses from the file named June 1, 2026. Both were retrieved October 28, 2026. Officer names on the medical file are not published here.

OCP says municipalities opt in, that the opt-in list is not guaranteed, and that an opt-in does not mean a store is operating. The town page is about licenses, not a promise that the ordinance is frozen.

Ownership for a Maine dispensary

We will not describe full-service placement as available in Maine. Ownership means you purchase the ATM, set the surcharge, and keep surcharge revenue under your agreement. Cash loading and operating costs are discussed. There is no published price.
